It is evident that members of management, ----------- and the ------- family, are writing the responses. Rather than accept responsibility for poor management, all faults are blamed on tenants. The rent varies on the apartments from 600 to 800 and for that amount a tenant should be able to expect professionalism from the staff and maintenance. Customer service does not seem to be a priority once a lease is signed. The purpose of this forum is to provide potential renters insight into complexes they are considering. Read and heed, Wilshire Woods does not have the best interest of tenants at heart, but rather the almighty dollar. Before you sign a lease, walk further into the complex, and see the ghetto; only the front is well-maintained. Talk to current residents, without management nearby, because they are vindictive and will take seek retribution against the tenant covertly. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

OMG, that is so true, in the area where I live there is trash, kids screaming, and old furniture laying around; but the front part of the complex looks really nice in comparison. I don't expect the Taj Mahal, but I would think that managment would do something more than hold their hand out for my check. It could be such a cute complex if not for the black cloud that poor management has developed.

From what I have been reading it seriously sounds like this apartment complex has gone down hill. I lived there from Aug 05- Aug 06. I had issues but nothing like what people are saying now. I lived in bldg four and I do have to say that, that particular section was right next to the courtyard and kept up really nice. I really had no problems. Management didnt respond as fast as I would of liked on things but overall things were fine. But I do have to say ----- Must be doing something right cause she was there when I was there. Good luck to all renters.
