Wonderful Staff and HUGE Apartments

I lived in Wilshire Woods apartments from January to June 2008. The only reason I moved was because I PCS'd. I would have stayed there. I would go back if I could, and if I ever do go back to San Antonio, I'll go back to these.
The apartment manager, Josh, was great to work with every time I had to go in the office or call them. The office staff was professional and able to assist without any hesitation.
Now about the maintenance staff - can I say these men are far superior then any other place I've ever lived. They are right on top of things and never complain about having to do their job. When I moved in I gave them a listing of all the problems I had, or I felt needed to be fixed with the apartment. They had everything fixed, patched, and repaired within two weeks.
When Josh couldn't get me into the apartment that I originally agreed upon he worked it to where I was happier than I could have been.
The utilities are commercial rates, the trash pick up is twice weekly. All I can say about Wilshire Woods is positive. They are great!
They have a courtesy patrol that is awesome. They will call you back within 10 minutes at the longest. They are on top of parking issues. I never had a problem there - not once.
Great job Josh, Chris, Joe and all the others!
