Over the last year, this apartment has turned into a dormitory. Drunk kids wandering around the parking lot screaming at 2AM. Blaring music and blaring car horn that woke you up in the middle of the night. I don't understand why people are too lazy to use their cell phones, text messages, or door bells. I had to call the police multiple times for noises. Bikers roaming around the apt complex in the middle of the night with load engines. Good luck getting a good night sleep if you are a light sleeper. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. The whole apt vibrates when people walks up the stairs with heavy footsteps.The positive thing is that staff is very nice. Maintenance is good.

I agree wholeheartedly. The maintenance guys are awesome...very prompt and all...I just wish there weren't so many issues for me to have to be calling them about. The walls in this complex truly are paper-thin. I chose to live on the 3rd floor so I wouldn't have to deal with people stomping around above me. But it is still so noisy! People (college kids) are extremely inconsiderate of people who have to get up and go to work or class in the morning. I actually invested in a sleep machine to provide white noise in the hopes it would help me sleep, but a good night's sleep is no guarantee here. The person with the apartment behind mine is a moron. Their bedroom, much to my dismay, backs up to mine. I can hear EVERYTHING that girl does. I can hear phone conversations, loud footsteps, her running up and down the stairs, her slamming things around...I could even clearly hear her yawn the other day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I hate it here and will be moving out (and hopefully into a complex that isn't like a damn frat house) as soon as my lease is up.
