I am not going to bash my old complex but when I was there, there were a few problems I encountered. Mainly the friendliness of their staff and their lack of care for my needs. Some maintenance requests were ignored. I don't know if they never wrote them up for me or they got put on the back burner and forgotten. Every time I walked into the office I got the "you're interupting me, What are you doing here look." Ebony was nice when we first moved in. When she showed me the apartment she offered cheesecake which was a nice touch. Too bad it didn't last.
The traffic issue on Vance Jackson is pretty heavy, ESPECIALLY when trying to get home from work. I suppose they put in a light there now so I can't say how it is now.
Overall I moved because I thought they were over priced for what they were offering, but mainly it was how I was treated, and to me that means more than all their amenties combined.
