maybe i'm biased because i used to live across the street at a newer complex, but i've been nothing but dissapointed. the office leases to anyone, so the quality of the tenants kind of sucks. the gates are always broken so they are basically kept open all the time. i feel really secure--not!! at 2:30 all the drunks come in screeching their tires and bassing. maintenance is slow, i had a flood in my bedroom and they never even came to clean underneath the carpet like they promised, hopefully there is no black mold growing under there! don't let them fool you with there low prices compared to across the street, you get what you pay for, and this is not worth the $$. there is a parking problem to.
