I agree with most of you. I hated living here. It was nice up until they put that hideous paint. My electric bill was off the roof along with my water bill. I was not about to sign another lease with rent up so high (probably to pay for the awful paint). For those that have pets don't expect the $150 refundable from your $300. I got nothing back. My apartment was left better than how it was received. Parking sucks, apartments and cars were constantly getting broken into. I"m sure it wasn't b/c the gates were always left open. Kind of makes you wonder...who controls those gates.hmmm.
