Ok this is the real deal, all these pointless and ridiculous comments about this place have got to go. I have been here for almost 2 years now, and have been very happy. Yes at times the pool maybe loud, and yes sometimes on a weekend you may not find a parking spot, but I mean come on, how old are these people making these absurd comments' This is a great place to live; it is peaceful and most neighbors are 420 friendly! The color issue; ok yes they could have chosen a better color, but still it doesn't bother me, in fact I like it.
Recommendations to those who are looking to live here: Do not live TOO close to the pool, near it is ok. My other recommendation is to lease an apartment that is not so close to the maintenance building. They are constantly taking up the legitimate parking spaces that we tenants are paying for. Other than that, I have no complaints.
This place’s physical and geographical location is just great! It is not near any clubs, easy access to I-10, newly paved exit road (awesome to drive fast on), on top of a hill, great view from some balconies, and a wonderful neighborhood.
Since I have been there I have not seen or heard of even one break in.
Also, the gates… They are not “always” open like previous comments, they just choose to leave them open during operating hours because of incoming and outgoing traffic.
Management is good, but not great! They do seem to keep a track of all of your records and are prompt with service, especially if it has to do with maintenance! (Thanks Mike)
Once my lease is up (in 2 months) my sister will be taking over for the next year. Now if I did not recommend this place, would I approve my little sister stay here for an extra year.
It’s a no-brainer people, I am 21 years old, and I am an easy going guy who likes his privacy, and have definitely experienced it here. If you are 40 years old and your heart has died (your mean to everyone and everything) don’t rent here; not because you wont enjoy it, believe me you would, but because this apartment complex deserves better people. This is an absolutely great place to live.
BTW >> take my advice seriously, disregard the others, I will vouch for this at anytime.
