When I first moved in I didn't think much of this place, but in the past year it has become a great community to live in. If you notice, all the bad reviews were written last march or before then. I am guessing that's because of the new manager, ever since he got here the place has really turned around. His name is Omar and he is the reason I am going to stay. The grounds and pool are always clean and well groomed, I never see trash in the hallways or on the patios. Whenever I need my filters changed maintenence has never taken more than a day or two. I have noticed a lot of new faces in the office, but they are really nice and always offer me a drink and snack when I go to get my packages. Now the gates are always working, the only thing is that the camera needs to be fixed, other than that, everything is near perfect. I am renewing my contract in January and I would recommend this place to anyone!
