I cannot wait for my lease to be up at this place. Parking is terrible - can't find a spot after 9pm. Serious ant problem since I moved in and now matter how many times I report this the ants keep popping up. In the bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, and kitchen, it is disgusting!! Also, every maintence issue I've had - and there have been several - I had to report more than once. Living here has tried my patience, I expect a level of comfort and respect that I am not getting at Colonial Village. And I assume the floors are creaky because the downstairs neigbors constantly bang on our floor implying that our daily movements are an annoyance.

The grounds are very clean and the location is great, also no problem with noise but I cannot live somewhere that doesn't repair problems in a timely manner and that seems to have an ant colony nested in the walls. yuck!
