The moment we stepped foot onto the property we knew we were going to pay a pretty penny. But we never expected to pay for this. I've got to tell you that what you see isn't always what you get. The outside is great looking but the building we lived in was shifting and the doors and windows gradually were impossible to close or stay closed. The pool is said to be cleaned every day but it isn't and you can definately tell. They have chairs that are falling apart and tables that are missing legs and 4 different kinds of bees at the pool alone. The pooch park is full of poop and no-one picks it up. The pool restroom is never tended to and has many different bugs and never-ever any soap, probably to this day. They're apartments do not cool as they should- at least ours.The "fitness center" if you want to call it that had cheap and broken equiptment that they never fixed. We had many overflows with the toilet due to slow water flow. There are also all kinds of insects that invite themselves in at any time especially scorpions. To top it all off the landscapers look through OUR trash. Other than that it was an okay living experience but we'd never do it again. oh yeah, the water heater for every apartment isn't that great... it runs out way before it's supposed to.
