I have lived here for a year; I am renewing my lease. I really love the staff; they are so awesome; very polite, but not fake!

The grounds, I feel safe here; anytime I have needed something repaired it is done the same day; however I've only called 2 times since I've lived here; and one of the two was due to a storm; not an actual issue with the apartment.

As far as the ant problem goes; I didn't have any issues w/ any bugs until....the last month I was in my apartment; however, I am to blame for them moving in; I began leaving food out, I know "yuck", and tons of candy all over the floor, "I'm pregnant and sick." So my apt. didn't stay as clean as it had been. Hence, if you have an ant problem; maybe it's not the apts fault. I sprayed w/ raid one time and they haven't been back. The good news is; it could have been worse i.e. roaches, spiders, etc. This apt. is by far the cleanest when it comes to bugs; if all I got were a few ants b/c of my habits, that's great!

The apt layout is LOVELY, all the units are beautiful, and spacious; if you compare the location and amount of space you get for the buck; its a better deal. I went up the street to the corner of huebner and lockhill selma; and the apt there was leasing less sq footage for over 735.00!!! And another good thing is that this apt complex has great specials, I mean awesome; I'd advise moving in when they have them. Can't beat the deals!

I also use the pool a lot; never had any problems; its clean so is doggy park; I have two dogs and they love it there. Parking can be a problem on weekends;but I feel that's normal for an apt. complex. They do have very good lighting! A big plus. I hate dark complexes.

Lastly, I will say if you live next to gate which I do; you do hear the sirens and people racing up and down vance jackson; but it's not bad, and the location is awesome; its quiet for the majority of the day/evening and everything is so close i.e. la cantera/huebner shopping center/la fiesta/ UTSA/USAA.

Overall; for the money I pay for rent; when I weigh all the factors above; I should be paying more. This is a wonderful property; I should know; I've lived here 5 yrs; this being the 5th; and this is the first time I didn't move! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
