Well let me see.. where to start.. Moved in close to 1 year ago, extended my lease about 3 months ago because I was quite happy living here, then all hell broke loose.

With absolutley NO notice whatsoever, the complex was sold, boughbt out by, or taken over by MBS and virtually overnight, this place has gone into the toilet.

Whereas in the past, maintenance requests were taken care of almost immediately, now it takes over a week to get even the most basic request taken care of. God forbid something serious happen, who k nows how long that would take.

The grounds have gone from being quite nice and a pleasure to look at to being covered with trash, dog poo, and all kinds of unidentifiable muck. Could it have something to do with the ingenious decision to replace the nice big dumpsters with little tiny dumpsters that are filled the same day they are emptied' Or could it be that instead of the dumpsters being emptied 2-3 times/week, now they are done once a week'

While the gates were frequently non-operational before MBS, at least they made an effort to fix them. Now, we ALL have the same code to open the gates (yeah, reall good idea there MBS, and that is really irrelevant becasue the gates hvaent worked in almost 2 months. Not much point incalling yourself a "gated community" when your so called gates don't work.

Last but certainly not least the wonderful new office staff! I am not sure if the o;ld staff was let go, fired, or chose to leave ( my money is on chosing to leave vice staying on under MBS), but its truly irrelevant. The new staff, for lack of better verbage, flat out sucks. I have yet to have a single interaction with them that is not hostile and confrontational, and that is not me. I pride myself on being able to tolerate anything, but these jokers really test even my patience.

Overall, if you are thinking about moving here, think twice about it unless this management company either sells, is taken over, or has a radical change in management style. Me personnally, i wouldn't mind all of their senior individuals coming down with a massive case of crabs. Maybe that will get their heads out of their nether regions!!!
