I have several horror stories! When we first moved in, our daughter's bedroom was infested with those huge flying ants. We had to keep her door closed and put towels on the floor in front of the door to keep them out of the rest of the apartment. It took over a week (and numerous complaints in person and over the phone) to finally do something. My daughter wouldn't go near her room for almost a month. One day on the way to the pool, my daughter was bit by a dog. An idiot had his dog running loose and didn't do anything to keep it from running at us. It broke the skin on her leg and we reported it to the appropriate authorities. The apartment office said they would give the resident a violation of his lease notice. I saw that dog several more times running loose before that idiot finally moved out. I see numerous dogs and cats on a regular basis running loose. I am a responsible dog owner and I can't stand the stupid owners who don't pick up after their pets and aren't responsible enough to keep their pets on leashes. My husband has killed 3 large rattlesnakes (4-6 ft in length) in front of our apartment. MBS management company blames the problem on pest control. We have an enormous problem with mosquitos as well. We've had a leak in our apartment for over 6 months now and I've complained over 5 times. One of the maintenance guys painted over the leak. Do they think I'm stupid'! I can still see it leaking! It takes forever to get our air filter changed. They don't get in any hurry to fix anything. I can't wait for our lease to expire. I'm so tired of being lied to. The new management company is horrible and doesn't care about the residents. One girl in the office is the most rude, inconsiderate, unfriendly, annoying person I've ever come into contact with. They make the area around the leasing office look great but watch out when you enter the gates. The landscaping leaves a lot to be desired. Stay away from this property!

Please help, after reading your posting, I am VERY concerned about your comment regarding the rattle snakes that your husband killed. I understand if you do not want to post your apartment number, but please, post your building number (or the number of a building nearby). I just moved into a first floor apartment and am VERY concerned about snakes near my patio where my child spends lots of time!! I would really appreciate any further information that you could provide with regards to the locations of the snakes. I will check the postings daily! Hope to hear from you soon!!
