When i first move in about one and half years ago. the management team is so friendly even sometime they don't know what to do or can not solve the problem, they will still try their best. after a year, i make my decision to move out simply just becasue of the new management team. the new management team is a very terrible team. every member of the team is terrible. i have one of the office member live just right next door to me. believe or not she will get mad at you when you go to office and try to solve some problem. the assistant manager is the worst out of everyone. before i move out, i want to return my remot for the gate and get my 35 deposit back. she not even check the privious contract and she tells me that they are not refund any deposit. i am a manager to a company, if my employee say that to my customer, i will fire them right away. it is a terrible management. i can see this place is getting more empty space already. so, stay away from this place. it is very terrible.
