Kept my deposit!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
Moved out some time in the summer and to this day have not received my deposit back. They claim that they used all of it to the clean the apartment but have not been able to provide me with a receipt to show where all the expenses went to. I have been calling them and they have been giving me the run around. Most of the time, I get there machine which seems to be always full and can never leave a message. You all better be on them when you move out, the same thing can happen to you, keep your money!!!
