This community has really changed since the new management took over. Not only do the grounds look better but maint. service has improved dramatically. It seems like they are also trying to clear out residents that don't need to be here, which is great! It takes time to improve a place that was run down by the last management staff. With time and effort from the management and RESIDENTS, Windsor House will be an even better place to live. I highly recommend moving here!!

Major things?? A light bulb is not major!! People should be more careful of their surroundings and take proper precautions. To me it sure looks like they have replaced lights around the area. Maybe not yours yet, but it is obvious that outside lights are being replaced. I'm sure they intend to replace them all. Things like this take time and man power. Give them some time and have patients as things could be worse.

We have been waiting since January 2007 for new lights so understandably we are pissed about this. Precautions? Apart from having to walk outside with a flashlight which we shouldnt have to do what else shall we do? It is THERE responsabilty to fix major lighting on buildings. Next time you or your spouse goes outside & has a stranger walk up on you with no lighting around to even see them THEN you can tell me to be patient. I damn well imagine you would NOT be happy if this happened to you not only once but twice. What shall we do, keep our pets in all night or not leave our home after dark cause they cant get off there asses & replace a few light bulbs? Thank god we are leaving in August, you couldnt pay me to live here again!

I moved out in may and i can't believe this stuff still hasn't been resolved. The lights have been a problem for over a yr. Does anything work in the gym? Is there any furniture at the pool that doesn't have holes?
