This place has changed management companies three or more times in a two year span, each company is more and more Unprofessional than the last one. There aren t enough maintenance men available, and they aren t even certified. I asked to have the light in the room fixed, after repeated attempts to get it fixed they finally came and attempted to fix it .my light nor fan ever worked properly again. I have had numerous problems with staying in contact with people in the office. They will not return phones calls, and I have not seen that bad a turn over in leasing consultants ever. They will find any reason at all to fine or charge you extra money ..THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

The pool is consistently dirty and unkept , there is always trash outside and the security is horrible, the gates are always broken. My upstairs neighbor had his vehicle vandalized and left on bricks in front of apartment. The apartment didn t take any responsibility at all. I have woken up in the middle of the night to loud noise windows breaking and arguments. The complex refuses to give its tenants what they pay for on a consistent basis. I do not recommend Windsor Home Homes at all. If you are looking for horrible management, inexperienced as well as inadequate maintenance, unprofessional leasing office and a screw its tenant s mentality that but all means this is the place for you
