This place has RATS so unless you want to deal with rats I suggest you stay away from here. Four of the buildings here have rats and Lincoln Property Management knows about this and is not doing enough to get rid of this problem. If I knew this before I moved in I sure as hell would have stayed away. Seeing rats in my kitchen crawling on my stove, refrigerator across counter tops I prepare meals on is disgusting not to mention a health issue. Stay away from here!!!!!

I live in building 8 and it's really bad! I have had rats for the last 2 months. They actually completely scraatched through my rubbermaid dog food container to get inside. They also chewed through a pvc pipe and it leaked water in my kitchen and pantry area. The management is not even calling me back or letting me know whats going on. I have been homeless now for the last 4 days because the carpet was so sachurated with water that it is now filled with mildew and smells aweful. I would recommend you move out as soon as your lease is up and tell everyone you know to stay away!

I live in building 12 but I know there are rats in three other buildings beside mine. From the other comment building 8 is one of them. This place is a joke you need to warn who ever you can to never live in this hell hole. It's under new management surprise surprise and believe this management is just as bad!!!!!!!!!!

Awful...the smell was so putrid in my apartment that I was displaced for over a week. Please do not move here!!!!! I wish I had never renewed my lease...
