We have lived here for months. The 1st two weeks I barely slept. There are constantly people going in and out who are VERY inconsiderate and have their car stereos absolutely blaring. It shakes the apartment and even wakes the baby. We are located somewhat across the street from a very ghetto apartment complex and sometimes they are breaking into the pool, etc. The floor plans are extremely small. Our carpet was not replaced when we moved in and it is really nasty, and the cabinetry is very old. I have never heard a gunshot or experienced anyone calling me to gain access as the previous reviewer stated.

Other than that, the parking is great, the neighbors seem quiet. You cannot hear noise from other apartments, it is just the car noise. The staff is very friendly, maintanence is very good. The grounds are very nicely maintained.
