They say they work with broken leases but they relly just get your deposit since it is not refundable and the application fee. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! Then they pretend everyhing is O.k to move you in whenever they are very bad unorganized staff. I went there three times from out of town and all those three times I spoke with a diffrent lady that did not have a clue about the application I had submitted or even the specials from a week before that I had spoken to a diffrent lady. It is seriously a waste of time and money. Whatever you do DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT BECAUSE YOU WILL LOOSE OUT ON IT.
