I've lived in apartments since college (8 years) and Wolfe Run has by far been the best. The apartment is a great value- large open floorplan, water and cable is included and affordable pet deposits. I have lived places where it took a week and multiple complaints for maintenance to address problems as severe as water flowing across the kitchen floor. Here, not only have any maintenance issues been minor, but the staff is very attentive and problems are fixed right away. The worst thing that happened was my microwave (included with the apartment) stopped working so I had to wait a few days while the brand new unit was ordered and delivered. During this time, the maintenance man checked back in with me to keep me informed of when it was ordered, expected delivery, etc. The staff has been the same the 1.5 years I've lived here. They have been a joy, I have never had any unpleasant experiences with them. Also, there is scheduled pest control and regular complex maintenance, such as re-painting the exterior. I have been very pleased with my experience here and the only reason we will leave is when we buy a house.
