Wolfe Run It's A Great Place To Live!!!

I can't believe anyone would say Wolfe Run is a bad place to live. I've lived here over 13 yrs., and find the apts. well taken care of, and maintenance requests are always handled in 24 hours, but, most are handled the same day.
The 85% reletting fee is spelled out very clearly in the lease. If a resident, doesn't read it, and ask questions, then it's the residents fault. When a lease is signed, this states you have read and understand it's contents. So when your moving in, if you have concerns or questions about the lease and don't ask them, no one is to blame but yourself.
As for the dog "poop" on the grounds, it's spelled out in the community policies that owner's are to have pet's on a leash at all times pet's are outside the apt. It also states owner's are responsible to pick up after their pets. Unfortunately, most owners do not follow the guidelines, so management personel end up cleaning up the mess.
As for staff courtesy, Robin, Monica, Claudio, Robert, and Phillip have always been pleasant to myself. And other residents I've talked to say the staff is always pleasant to deal with.
