My husband and I moved here in the beginning of the year. I like it a lot.

At first I would see minor details that were not fixed. Ha ha b/c it's not bad at all. If you could only take a look for yourself.

Maintenance is good/fair. When we first moved in some of the outlets were loose or missing covers & wabbly porch fence &c. Most of it got fixed, but there are still a couple of things that need to be done. The staff let us know that it's still on their list of things to do. Granted, they did renovate the entire apartment so they had a lot on their plate, we'll get to that later.

The leaky sink and the clogged dishwasher all got fixed RIGHT AWAY!

I have a huge patio that I just sit and relax on. And there's actually a lawn in front of me! I mean a HUGE LAWN! The trees are tall and give great shade. I bet it's the reason why my electricity bill is lower than our previous apartment (which only was 1 bed 1 bath 628 sq ft)!

The layout of the apartment is nice (905 sq ft). The design flows well and works for us. However, tiny kitchen, no room for the microwave, unless you get a compact microwave. Bathtubs have no tile: a plus and a minus. B/c you don't have to worry about mildew buildup along each individual tile grout. But the bulky plastic shell is hard to clean & the little compartments don't hold tall shampoos.

Everything is kept up well. Hard to believe this complex is 26 years old! Before we moved in they repainted, recarpeted, and redid all the cabinets and fixtures. Nothing too fancy, but nice. Oh yeah! I must tell you about the new stove, new dishwaher and new washer/dryer. Pretty darn nice. All included! No extra charge!

There's free covered parking for one car. Which is nice if you only have one car.

There's free trash pickup near our doorstep. Almost silly for us to use since we're right next to the dumpster (but hey, I still take advantage of it).

Free cable. My husband loves that.

Free water.

Free alarm system.

By the office there's a very nice fitness room where the equipment ACTUALLY WORKS and is new looking (however I'm a member at Bally's so I don't really need it). Same goes for the computer room... internet, printer, fax, word processor, Nice furniture. I checked everything out just in case.

The pools look nice. There's a cute sturdy playground if you have small children. And I usually hear a few pre-teens running around and playing during the day.
