I have lived here for about 6 months now and am not very happy. The staff is not that great and maintainance is not that great either. i was reading the one about the husband and wife and really who knows so much about their apartments...come on now. not even nicer apartments down the street has ratings this good. so yeah its ok but dont make it seem like you an actual resident..Come on people really read it...who writes like that, and who has the time!

Obviously you do not live at these apartments because you would know the office does not write these reviews. Residents like me who are satisfied and happy with their apartment and management take the time to write these reviews. It's easy and not time consuming. Don't be jealous!

Then again, who checks their apartment complex's ratings page with such regularity, sasanchez? Only took you one day to respond to this post, you either have an unhealthy obsession with the state of your complex, or maybe the anonymous was partially right. I can't say either way, I'm only shopping apartments currently.
