Getting worse...

I currently live at Wolfe Run. When I see the rating of Wolfe Run at 90%, that's an illusion. To me, it's really a 75%. When I started living here at the beginning, it was a very decent place. Since the past two months, I see Wolfe Run losing its grip. Everywhere I walk on the grounds, I see trash. Trash, trash, and more trash. Somebody put three bags of trash right by the mailbox complex. People put bags out on the front the night before the trash pickup day. Businesses usually post doorhangers to advertise their services, and nearly everybody pull them out and throw it on the ground. Trash accumulates. By the dumpster, somebody put up grafitti, and it was there for a week. Wolfe Run didn't remove it immediately. Maintenance isn't sound. I have crappy windowscreens while I see other residents having ones of better quality. I complained a few times, and it never got resolved since I have been here. So, I get flies, spiders, pill bugs, moths, mosquitoes, etc. coming in my apt, and I have to deal with the bites. Over the course of time, I have called the office and complained about the activities around, and they never took any action about it. So, if I did my part while Wolfe Run has issued two papers listing the problems within the community, how come I was ignored when I was trying to help out' Somebody vandalized the rec room, and somebody smoked heavy weed in the computer room. Did anyone care' I think not. Improvements I suggest to Wolfe Run are: set up security cams for the rec and computer rooms, cancel the trash service and force everybody to walk the long distance to the dumpster, patrol the grounds at nights to spot cars parking by fire lanes and residents putting out bags of trash at nights if trash service isn't cancelled, and actually listen to the residents when they have something to say. If none of my suggestions are heeded, trust me...Wolfe Run is heading for south. Other advice is to start throwing residents out, so we can have less pigs.
