These places are a little older, but they keep them in good repair. They paint after each move-in, so our apartment has a very thick coating of paint. Because of the paint sometimes the doors will stick making some noise. Managers are great, they have BBQ and little get togethers for holidays. Windows are thin, so we here parking lot noises, but I haven't heard my neighbors (above or side) at all (other than the occasional heavy-foot walk). Safe and good for kids. Close to Medical Center and USAA.
