I just moved out of the place and I really didn't have much complaints. My apartment was REALLY hot because of its location so try to get an apartment close to trees. The apartments are a bit old and not that visually appealing but the inside of the apartment is yours to make. The W/D we had were new and the maintenance was timely. The managers can be a bit short but they are actually pretty nice if you catch them when they're not super busy. The place was quiet for the most part. My roommate said at one point a stranger knocked on our door in the middle of the night because there was a party but I wasn't there for that. The prices are going up though and I liked the place because of the good roommate floorplan but I can't say the price is very appealing
