I'm moving out soon and I agree, my apt. was on the "sunny side"...west facing and the summers were pretty brutal. I also lived right near the street and while I adapted, I still noticed, but I am the type that likes it very quiet. The management wasn't short with me...in fact, they talked my ears off. :) In the last month I started using the fitness center and it's in great shape. It's small, but I've always had the place to myself. I liked the floor plan quite a bit, the mantle, fireplace, and peek-through kitchen spaces were very cozy and left the space open. It's within walking distance of UTHSCSA and USAA (if you don't mind walking about a mile...something unheard of in Texas). There's a convenient neighborhood Shell station right down the street, too.

Oh to elaborate on my last post "not too bad", you're right the management can talk your ears off. Initially though they were short but when I got to know them I really liked them (robin and monica). I'm glad to hear they are adding solar screens. I hate my apartment now.. Signature Ridge. Don't come here! I wish I stayed at Wolfe Run!
