Some people might find this place acceptable if you look a little harder you can find better places at lower prices. There are bees everywhere, skunks waltzing around, stray cats, they always seem to conveniently be looking for new maintenance people, which means whatever is wrong with your unit will stay like that. Imagine living in luxury with a large whole in the ceiling above your bed or a non flushing toilet or a leak right in your living room for all of your guests to see (for over a month mind you). Imagine getting ready to go to work only to discover your non-gated and obviously not secure parking lot is either missing your car entirely or has left it there broken into and keyed. FREE CABLE, wow, too bad you wont feel safe having a descent sized TV in your unit because there is no security and people are breaking into cars for empty DVD player boxes. This place is over rated, the people who work there probably wrote the good reviews, what a scam. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid this nightmare.

I think this place is scam central.
They conned me into renewing my lease with a $40 increase in rent by saying that they left the rent increase change paper and new lease on my door a month previous. Why they would leave something that important attached to a door is beyond me.
