I'm here checking for reviews because unfortunately, due to my children's school, I need to move to another area so that they stay at the school they are attending right now. I for one wish I did not have to leave Wolfe Run. I have been living here for the past 5 years. My father has been here for the past 7 years. I know all the staff very well, and first off, the maintenance crew here has been the same for the past 7 years , so where "Mr. Anonymous" gets the idea that they have gone through many maintenance personel is beyond me. I have never had to wait for something to be fixed. You go, put in a work order, and its always been taken care of the next day if not the same day. (And by the way, its "hole" not "whole"). In my 5 years here, I can count on one hand how many times I've had to put in a work order. I have never encountered a large number of bees, only the occasional one buzzing around during the spring and summer but so what' there's bees all over the city. I work nights in the medical field. This place is very quiet. I never had problem with noise level. The exterior of every unit has been upgraded and the landscaping is beautiful. Never had my car stolen, vandalized or broken into. Nor have heard of anyone else living around me going through the same thing. And I have never had any reason to feel unsafe. If I had a choice I would stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone I know.
