Due to spouse's military relocation, we are leaving our home of 5 years to be closer to family. We have had a great management and maintenance team, met lifelong friends as neighbors, and an excellent school for our 9 year old son. Too many plusses to mention, here's a few: free cable, covered parking for vehicle, free valet trash twice a week, air filters, lightbulbs. There is prompt maintenance, 2 pools, fitness and business center. It is very quiet and has easy access to freeways, shopping, and major businesses.
Our upstairs neighbor flooded us and left on Halloween '04, but we were well taken care of by management and maintenance. We were genorously relocated for awhile during repairs, and we were back in less than 3 weeks. We feel our kids were in a safe environment for a very reasonable rate with overwhelmingly generous staff. The only down side, we DID NOT have "included" washer/dryer, microwave, or icemaker. Renovating is almost finished, and that took forever, but we finally got our patio wall fixed! It is hard having to leave. Especially not having a place like this in our new location!
