Yes, this place is kind of old, thick paint in the walls (and the carpet sucks, probably the only ugly thing in the interiors) but I haven't found a better deal in the area for the price. Each apartment comes with full size W/D, free cable and they're pretty safe. I have lived here for about 2 years now and I haven't heard of any kind of vandalism or crime, not even in the parking lot, and is not even gated! People here is nice, managment is good and friendly, the pools are always clean and they're very flexible with their pet policies. You won't find a place that offers this many things for the price. Plus the location is very convinient. They need to work on parking though, some people are asses but they can't control everyone's actions.
