I agree with the other commenter. I lived there from 2000 to 2003. This have gone downhill in quality of service and maintenence while the costs have gone up.
I had some appliences that didn't function well and it was like pulling teeth to get them fixed.
Parking is lousy in certain areas of the complex and the laundry facilities are horrible. While my neighbors have all been very nice once I've met them there are no organized functions to meet them.
My biggest complaint is with getting things fixed properly the first time.
