I had what was the lemon of apartments there. Everytime I turned around there was a water catastrophy going on. The management was marginally helpful in that they applied many band-aids. When lease time came up I told them that if I were to stay I would need one hell of an incentive and another apartment. They accomodated my wishes and did so nicely. I was in a different apartment (with no transfer fee) and paying less for a nicer place. The new place never had one single problem.
