We've lived here for three years now, and have renewed another 15 month lease. Some areas of the complex are loud, but we are lucky - our apartment is near the front pool, and our neighbors are quiet. Management had a bad period about two years ago, and we STILL don't have a screen for our kitchen window, but they have new maintenance people, and they are prompt and skilled. Our air conditioning went out two weeks ago, and they had a new unit in the day after we called them. The units are old, and things do break, but its part of the price we pay for having trees, and lots of them, stain-grade trim, and all those other extras that cost a bundle everywhere else.
