I've lived here for about 10 months now and I just re signed my lease for another 12. I really enjoy living here, it's a nice part of town and the apartments are nice and spacious for what you pay for. The maintinance is prompt and efficient and you couldn't ask for a more friendly office staff. It's an older complex but it was well built and has been properly maintained. It's not the Quarry but your not paying the price you would in that part of town either.
