It is pretty nice.

I lived in a 1 bedroom apt at Woodbridge for 15 months and had a pleasant experience. My neighbors were friendly and my apartment was huge (in my opinion a great value for the price). The complex has 2 pools which are well maintained (cleaned 5x's/week).
The buildings are old but built well and maintained. If you are not into retro shagg carpet, old light fixtures, wooden accents, and antique (but functional) appliances - this is not the place for you. It has a lot of character and tons of storage space.
The parking lot is not super well-lit but thankfully I did not have any incidents (just be aware of your surroundings!). There was plenty of parking near my building - although it may be more of a challenge for other buildings.
The front gate is frequently broken and maintenance requests take 1-3 days to be resolved but are done well. My neighbor had problems with water leaks but fortunately I have not experienced that problem.
I lived near a pool and it was noisy in the summer especially in the evening. Otherwise the complex is peaceful, the people are friendly, and the office staff is courteous and professional.
I would recommend Woodbridge - Just try to avoid buildings that are too close to the pool because of the noise. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
