I lived here for 6 months,it is an old building and they want top price.The carpets seem original like 25 years old. One night the plumbing in the toilet blew off and I woke up to see the water shooting to the ceiling I shut it off and they came to fix it a day later.The washer and dryer are never quiet always banging even after they fixed it.We have thieft problems.The apts in the adjoining properties are some kind of low budget bum types so we get the overflow.They seem to want to offer cheap rates to get you in then stick it to you later I think they hope the tenants are too lazy to move....Not me. There are tons of newer cheaper happier apts in SA.
