Nothing but problems

My husband and I have only lived in these apartments for 2 months, but we are counting are days until we move out. When we first moved in, we had to go in multiple times because no one would call us to let us know when we needed to sign the lease. We had a light blub out, and it took 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to fix. We now have a hole in our ceiling which is leaking, and it still hasn't been fixed. They said they wouldn't come by unless our dog was caged, but if they don't tell me when they're coming by, or don't come by when they say they're going to, how am I supposed to kennel him' And now we had a package delivered there that has just "disappeared". Michelle is incredibly rude, wouldn't give me they're apartment management company's phone number, and is blaming the entire thing on UPS. No one picks up after their animals, there are tons of feral cats around, and my dog has gotten sick twice since we moved here from taking him out into the grass to do his business. The lighting is HORRIBLE. I feel incredibly unsafe walking around because you can't see anything. The price is good and the location is incredibly convenient, but I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. Becky(the apartment manager) seems nice, but won't return phone calls and doesn't come through on anything.
