I just moved in about 2 months ago in Jan 2009 and I'd have to say that my experience so far has been great. I really like my loft, it's got a lot of personality and is great for having guests over. Neighbors have been real pleasant, not very noisy, and generally cheerful and friendly. The service from the staff that I've gotten so far has been excellent as well, very professional, lots of consideration and courtesy... I really liked the little welcoming box with the letter and goodies that they put out for me to find when i moved in, that was a really great touch, and the letter they sent out a month after my move-in. They fixed many of the small problems I found in my apartment by the time I moved in, such as the bad insulation on the door or the screen door lock not fitting properly. The price is a good deal for the size, and the location is close to many good stores, and to my computer job. Only gripes I'd have is that it's down the road from a firestation, and although the sound proofing between apartments is good, the side that faces outward lets sound in pretty well, so every once in awhile you might hear an ambulance or truck roar by, or somebody starting their motorcycle. But that's a pretty small complaint given the charm and personality of these apartments. I definitely look forward to the rest of my stay here! :)
