I HATE this place! If you like rats in your kitchen, animals dead and rotting in your walls, a crappy maintenance staff that doesn't know how to get the job done right the first time, a property manager that NEVER returns your calls and pretty much lives in her own little world because she avoids all the problems, a leasing consultant who has no brain, if you want your car to get broken into, your rent check to get stolen, your water guaranteed to get shut off, and to step in dog crap that covers the apartment complex... come move here! I don't recommend living here to ANYONE! I can't WAIT to move. FYI.. this list doesn't even break the tip of the iceberg. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

really i have never had those problems. also my check was stolen but they waived all fees and let me pay them within 30 days, maint. is great the manager and leasing agent have always been there for me sorry for you why don't you just move out then....

i'm living here right now and haven't had any of these problems... this is blatant lying, there aren't dead animals in the walls or dog poo all over the place, you can bet if that were the case i'd have headed out long ago and called the health department. it's really nice here and i feel lucky to live in this apartment complex, did you get kicked out for back payments on your lease or something? or are you from a rival apartment complex? Woodbridge is great, peaceful and clean with professional staff, this poster should be ashamed
