I lived there from late August of 2000 until late August 2002. When I first moved in, the management was very nice, friendly, and polite when Camco was managing the property. All tenants received monthly calendars about what was going on around the complex and important dates to be aware of such as inspections and pest control. Around late spring of 2001, the apartment changed management. Then things started going down hill from there. Management promised us a new refrigerator when the one we had began leaking and they tried to fix it, yet it still ends up leaking eventually. The management was aware of our multiple complaints, yet did little to fix it. Then they no longer accepted rent payment to their office and we had to send it to some PO Box in Illinois and we had a problem of a lost check that cleared even though they said it never arrived. After much hassle and aggrivation, they finally said it cleared and the next month, there was a $100 penalty because they claimed that we were "late" with out previous payment. We got suspicious when they wanted to automatically withdraw the rent from bank account every month. Fortunately, the papers were not signed. Be Ware about this!
It is a nice quiet place to live if you have the time and patience to deal with the poor management and broken promises. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
