its an older building so stuff breaks here or there.Maintnence is kind of slow and when you can actually reach someone at the office you can get some service if you continue to bother them.The neighbors are noisy,a little ghetto,some are nice.Pretty much people keep to themselves.The townhomes have a nice square footage,large storage closet downstairs.However the kitchen is extremly small and if your lucky you'll get a fenced backyard.The neighborhood if not so great,i either see cops or the fire deptatment or both.The rent is cheap,however,i think they raised it to $599 for the townhome which is a 2bed 1 1/2bath.If you consider moving here i would suggest you check which side you move.The complex next to the mailboxes are pretty quite and the last one next to the daycare is very noisy.Also make sure you have a car alarm!!P.S 1 LAUNDRY ROOM PER COMPLEX,WITH 2 WASHERS 1 DRYER(1 WASHER IS ALWAYS BROKEN).I SUGGEST GO TO A LAUNDRY PLACE.THESE ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND THE ONLY TIME I CAN WASH CLOTHES WHEN NO ONE IS AROUND IS AROUND 1 IN THE MORNING!
