I moved here from out of town 1200 miles away to come to a filthy townhouse. The carpet was filthy although they did replace it right away. They never came and fixed the weather stripping on my door so my downstairs stayed cold. The dumpsters are too far away. Its only one that I know of. The swimming pools were dirty. They never fixed the broken gate in my backyard. My outside porch light was taped up. There was a hole in my ceiling over the stairs although I never got a leak. I never had any bugs. But under their cabinets were absolutely HORRIBLE!!! And they smelled. Too many Stray and LOUD cats!!And its only 1 friendly person in the office!! I didn't have bad neighbors. Never saw or heard of any crime, although my neighbor did say that his car was broken into. I wouldn't recommend it. You get alot of square footage for the price, but I REALLY wasn't satisfied. If you can find better then take it. I also know that they approve applicants with minor misdemeanors!! Wow!
