The best part of this complex is that it is quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. Plus, the office staff is frendly. However, if you need maintenance for a situation, be prepared to wait. The bathroom in my apartment had problems when I moved in and it has still has not been repaired in over a year. You must make several phone calls before any work will be done and somtimes that does not even get the work done.
Also, be prepared for an expensive electrical bill. The air units are old and the air ducts are never cleaned. For an apartment under 500 sq ft expect a $130-140 electrical bill (that's if you do not go below 75 degrees).
Also, they will hide flaws in the workmanship of the apartment. These flaws will be noticable soon after move in.
The appliances in the units are old. Be prepared for a dishwasher that does not clean your dishes.
If you have allergies, be ready to stay sick. Lots of dust coming out of the air vents. Mold will also be a problem.
Your assigned parking spot will be taken by someone else more times than not. If you call, a warning will be placed on that vehicle.If the same car parks in your spot again, they may get towed. Usually, it will be a different vehicle though.
Some people are sent here as they will take you if you had a broken lease in your past. Many apartment locators will send you here for a "nice, quiet" place to live. However, try another apartment complex before moving in here.
