This place has a nice staff and ok maintanence, but that is it. The walls are paper thin and causes problems if you have pets or neighbors that fight a lot (like we do). The price is good, but for $40 more, you can find a better place. Mold problems are out of control in the bathroom and cause allergy problems. You can't look to your home as a place to rest because it is just so uncomfortable. Smoke seaps in from neighboring apartments which makes allergies worse. As soon as our lease is up, we our out of here (thats if we don't decide to break our lease first).
