I don?t know what those other previous residents were talking about but I love the Woods of Brookhollow. Re: Maintenance, they have always come in the same day, and let me know if they can?t finish the job due to ordering a part or something. I also love the fact that I know I can trust the guys they?ve all been here for at least over 5 years. Just like the office staff, I enjoy seeing the same faces every time I go in the office, not like other places that are always changing staff. The girls in the office are so friendly & helpful. They always remember your name & your personal story. They have Great Resident Parties! They also have annual Community Yard Sales for us to make money on our stuff. They have Easter Egg hunts for the kids, and Halloween parties for everyone! Now about the mold, you only have mold if you don?t keep your own unit clean. And the noise, what noise...I live in front by the highway and i don?t even here that! Of course anywhere you go you can get those noisy neighbors in any complex. Parking, come on how can you control that' I?m glad the office at least stickers the vehicles that are violating the policies. I am very happy at the Woods of Brookhollow & obviously so are my neighbors I have met people who have lived here for 10, 18, & even 30 years. I am going on my 4th year and will continue to call the Woods of Brookhollow my home with PRIDE!!!!!
