When you live at any aparment there are bond to be issues with parking, neighbors, high traffic, etc. However, living at the Woods of Brookhollow has been a wonderful experience. The staff makes you feel like family. Although I've taken the initiative to meet "ALL" of my neighbors when I do see them we exchange greetings. It's all in what you make it when you live somewhere. However, the Woods of Brookhollow really has an upbeat staff, clean surroundings, wonderful events to participate in and a two terrific pool areas (unlike I've ever seen anywhere else). I've paid the full about of $800 for rent and I've paid the efficiency prices as well. But for the amount of rent we pay at the Brookhollow and the kind service we receive we all balance out in the end. Sometimes you have to look at yourself and realize that maybe it isn't your environment...it's all in what make your living to be. You should look within yourself first. I suggest the Woods of Brookhollow to EVERYONE!!!!

I've never actually responded to ratings I've read here, but I had to on this one. This was obviously written by someone on the "Wonderful staff" This was the most bogus write-up I've ever read. Not a shread of this write-up is true or accurate. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... read the other posts on here about this property!!

This review is completely out of reality. It mentions that "You should look within yourself first". This sounds like it's been written by a staff member and not a tenant. Give me break, I've never intentionally deceived anyone in my entire life as the management did to me. I really think management should go to a lie detector before talking to potential tenants. And yes, their comments are hidden anonymously!

hello,,i live actually there,,and the staf its not very well (whit me) the manager was very yude whit me,,,i have only two things to say,,my neighbors are very cool and quiet and the apartment is ok.
