Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
My aparment was INFESTED with rats! My food was getting nibbled on, they were living in my trash can and walking around on my stove! We had to threaten the managment with a lawsuit before they problem was fixed. When the lease was finally up they racked on all these charges for things that were broken or stained that we told maintence about prior to moving out. All in all it was an AWFUL experience I wish I NEVER lived there.
