Great people, great service

I live there. The management is hard-working and the long-term residents like it ... It's quiet and management is very responsive. It is not a place for the partier, the loud-mouth or the obnoxious. Long-term residents like the quiet, the stability, the quickness of management to respond to requests and the fact that management does not like the loud, obnoxious people. If you've got rats, you invited them by your lifestyle ... not because of the people who are there. It's affordable, nicely maintained for the age of the apartment, great location for the Northwest San Antonio area ... and not filled with yuppies and/or ghetto people.

Oh this is SOOOOOOOO obviously staff or a staff family member posting this review. As a former resident at the Woods, I can tell you.... The maintenance men WERE good at responding quickly, when they (or at least one of them) lived on the property (he lived next door to me). But when he even got fed up with the management, he moved out and didn't want to be there anymore. After he moved out, maintenance was damn near impossible to get. Rats are your own fault? NOT. SOOO VERY NOT! Rats there more likely come from the old trash/woods filled city drainage ditch that runs right through the middle of the property. There have been many snakes that come up from the ditch into the complex. There are no ghetto people living there? OH MY GOD. Again, this is so obviously mgt posting the review. In fact, when I lived there, my upstairs neighbor was as ghetto as they come. And to top it off... they were the parents of one of the ghetto office staff. If you think for an instant that the vast majority of the complex isn't occupied by GHETTO people... you are absolutely blind, or you're ghetto yourself.

Wow....bitter much? Do you have any sort of life? You obviously live on your computer to post a response this fast. So you've moved on, but don't have a life. Very Sad! I know for a fact that original post was not posted by anyone in the office, they do have better things to do. May I suggest therapy, it helps to deal with your issues. Good Luck.

Go winstonator, I totally agree with you. This is very obvious a management response. Come on, who in the world will reference something as "nicely maintained for the age of the apartment". When I lived there, I did not have a clue as to how old these apartments were. Management never mention it. Also, rats are not consequence of someone's lifestyle. It is due to organic garbage mostly.
Winstonator and myself had moved on with our lives. What we can't stand is that kind of deceiving posts leading people to believe everything is great at the Woods of Brookhollow. While there are honest people that have lived in that apartment complex and know the reality about it, there will always be comments like mine. After all, everyone is entitled to an opinion, but not necessarily have to agree with each other. I mean no disrespect, but your responses in the post here have definitely signs that comes from management or someone associate with.

Nope, not a resident. Now a former resident. And I'm not friends with anybody connected officially or unofficially with the complex. Good lord. Sceptical much. And nomad1414 is a bigot. What, people with occasionally good verbiage can't live in cheap apartments?? How John McCain of you.
